The old saying goes red sky at night a sailor's delight , fine weather ahead. The next day was beautiful. I only wish that I was at the beach for this picture.

This video is of the Rips at Cape Split. They are so amazing to watch .

Cape Split

On any beach in Baxter's Harbour you have the view of Cape Split. This photo was taken at the end of Cape Split, it shows some of the Rips . What an amazing view of the Bay Of Fundy , well worth the long hike to get there.

Baxter's Harbour is one of the best places to view Cape Split from.

This photo shows the rip tide off of Cape Split (the white line in the water to the left of the Cape).

Black Hole Waterfall

This video was taken Aug 31 2009 at the Black Hole Falls in Baxter's Harbour . This was the heaviest flow of rushing water I have ever seen at these falls. It was amazing to see but made for an interesting hike . It was well worth it.
